1. About This Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by Dopo Labs Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”) through our SaaS products (including Adukkala OS), websites, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Nature of Service
Dopo Labs Private Limited offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. Since the Services are delivered instantly upon subscription activation and access is granted immediately, the following refund terms apply.
All services and software suites (including Adukkala OS) are digital, cloud-based deployments. Upon successful billing approval or automated subscription setup, activation occurs immediately via online delivery. No physical shipping of hardware or assets is involved.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds After Billing
Once a subscription cycle (monthly or yearly) has been processed and payment collected, we do not issue refunds for that billing period. This includes partial-month usage, unused days, or early cancellation within a paid cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error in the payment gateway.
- Service was completely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days due to an issue on our end.
- Incorrect billing amount charged due to a system error.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the disputed transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@dopolabs.com or through the account settings in the application.
Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- You will retain access to all features until the billing period expires.
- After expiry, your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
Cancellation Before Next Billing Date
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made after the billing date will not be eligible for a refund of that cycle.
5. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, no charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the first billing cycle will begin.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or in respect of services that were duly delivered, may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we believe to be unwarranted by submitting evidence of service delivery and your acceptance of this policy.
7. Discretion & Policy Changes
All refunds are granted at the sole and reasonable discretion of Dopo Labs Private Limited and are assessed on a case-by-case basis within the limits of applicable law. Approval of one refund request does not obligate us to approve any future request. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
